Join us for a members-only behind-the-scenes tour of the TRACON facility that manages the busy and complex airspace surrounding our region’s airports.

The Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) facility is responsible for the safe and efficient flow of air traffic within approximately a 30- to 50-mile radius of major airports and up to 10,000 feet in altitude. TRACON controllers guide aircraft during critical phases of flight—approach, departure, and transitions between airport towers and en route centers—ensuring safe separation, sequencing for landings and takeoffs, and smooth handoffs.

This is a unique opportunity to see how air traffic is managed in real time, speak with controllers, and gain insights into how TRACON fits into the broader national airspace system.
